<\/em><\/p>\n<cite><em>-Daniel 7:10<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las representaciones de \u00e1ngeles se encuentran en la mayor\u00eda de las tiendas especializadas, cat\u00e1logos y tiendas de arte en forma de estatuas peque\u00f1as, medianas y grandes, im\u00e1genes, en estampitas, decoraciones en jardines y numerosos otros objetos. Se ven en las vetrales y estatuas de las grandes catedrales de Europa y del mundo. Crecemos rezando la oraci\u00f3n del \u00e1ngel de la guarda y esperamos no haber escandalizado al nuestro por haber \"crecido\". En la fe cat\u00f3lica hay un coro de nueve \u00e1ngeles que comienzan con el rango m\u00e1s bajo a m\u00e1s alto; \u00c1ngeles, Arc\u00e1ngeles, Virtudes, Poderes, Principados, Dominios, Tronos, Querubines y Serafines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile has-palette-color-6-background-color has-background\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/passionist.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Archangels-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3207 size-medium\" srcset=\"https:\/\/passionist.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Archangels-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/passionist.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Archangels.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la Iglesia celebramos a los arc\u00e1ngeles, Miguel, Gabriel y Rafael que se mencionan tanto en el Antiguo como en el Nuevo Testamento. El nombre de Miguel (Michael) significa, \"\u00bfQui\u00e9n es como Dios?\" Tenemos una oraci\u00f3n llamando a San Miguel para protecci\u00f3n. Este arc\u00e1ngel es conocido por su batalla con el mal, como en el Libro del Apocalipsis. Gabriel es conocido como el \u00e1ngel mensajero que anunci\u00f3 a Mar\u00eda que iba a dar a luz al Hijo de Dios. El nombre de Gabriel significa, \"Dios es mi fortaleza\" y se le conoce como el Arc\u00e1ngel de la Sabidur\u00eda, la Revelaci\u00f3n, la Profec\u00eda y las Visiones. El nombre de Rafael significa \"Poder sanador de Dios\". <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encontramos al arc\u00e1ngel Rafael en el libro de Tobit. Fue enviado como respuesta a las oraciones de Tobit y a las de su hija. En este libro del Antiguo Testamento, Rafael es compa\u00f1ero y gu\u00eda, y cura a Tobit de su ceguera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los \u00e1ngeles son seres espirituales que asisten a Dios en la tierra y en el cielo. En las lecturas de hoy leemos que, \"Miles y miles lo serv\u00edan, millones y millones estaban a sus \u00f3rdenes\" (Dn 7:9-10). \u00a1Qu\u00e9 espect\u00e1culo debe ser! Todos esos coros celetiales atentos a Dios y cumpliendo con lo que Dios manda. Me imagino que el cielo es un lugar muy concurrido. Durante la Semana Santa pienso sobre lo que los \u00e1ngeles estaban haciendo mientras Cristo pasaba por su pasi\u00f3n, muerte y resurrecci\u00f3n. Puedo imaginar a Miguel de pie con un ej\u00e9rcito de \u00e1ngeles, esperando la orden de Dios. Gabriel miraba con gran tristeza y a Rafael queriendo sanar corazones rotos. Y luego una gran alegr\u00eda con la resurrecci\u00f3n y la ascensi\u00f3n de Cristo. Y lo m\u00e1s probable es que tambi\u00e9n ellos entendieran el plan que Dios ten\u00eda en mente y que recibieron a Cristo el d\u00eda de la Resurrecci\u00f3n\/Ascensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy es un buen d\u00eda para reflexionar sobre estos Arc\u00e1ngeles.
