I wonder what I would think of myself if I turned that critical eye inward! I fear it would not be too flattering. Help me to love, cherish and honor my spouse. Let me be thankful each day for having a partner in my life. Let me remember that such a relationship makes the joy all the brighter and the sorrow all the softer.
