We, as Christians, are called to be Christ’s hands at work in the world, taking the time to discern the Father’s will when confronted with challenging decision decisions and allowing His Spirit to work through us.

May we be ever grateful for our faith, for our discipleship, the blessings and challenges of life and one another, and for God’s loving care for us in all of life and creation.

When we follow the divine plan, we will be part of the building up of the Reign of God in our world.

In today’s first reading, St. Paul tells the Christians in Corinth that they are “spiritual babies” as long as they try to take credit for what only God can do

God in heaven, give me the mind of Christ, one thought at a time.

Like St. Paul, Passionists experience the power of the Cross and the power of the Holy Spirit.

In today’s readings, we hear first how Jeremiah tries to contain and repress burning messages in his heart.

Holiness involves striving for completeness and seeking a connection with God through our relationships, while also serving as a positive influence that encourages others toward holiness.

In a spirit of gratitude and praise, let us joyfully go forth to spread the Gospel message of love and peace to all our sisters and brothers.
