Peace Through Honest Prayer

Lord, I know that there will be serious trials in my faith life. I know the future is uncertain. I know that I may fail and falter along the way. But most importantly, I know that you will be there by my side throughout. Let me be ready to accept my trials, and let me have the courage and wisdom to share my worries and fears with you in the midst of such difficult times. Teach me that peace comes from honesty in the face of suffering.
