Trusting Beyond My Expectations

 Lord, oftentimes I come to you in prayer, so sure about what is best for me and what I need for happiness and fulfillment in my life.  I am so persuaded by my own feelings that I might even try to tell myself that you must also want the same for me as well.  When things don’t work out as I thought, it can be devastating.  Lord, let me put my trust in you and have faith that you will always bring me to a greater good than I could ever imagine.
