Finding Rest in Jesus

Lord, I often complain about not having enough time to be restful and find quiet moments.  But it seems that even when I am not working or taking care of my family, I am wasteful in my use of time.  I find myself being idle with gossip or television and looking for peace in such useless endeavors.  Teach me to find space and time to be with you.  Grant me the grace and wisdom to understand that great things can come from calm moments with you.
