Following Christ’s Example

Lord, I want to know you more deeply. Help me to meditate on your sufferings so that I might better understand your unending love for me. I know that your humanity and divinity are most clearly displayed on the Cross. In your suffering, you left an example for all humankind. Help me to have the courage to take up your Cross and follow you.
