Gifts in Spiritual Dryness

Dear Lord, so often I feel like I cannot find you. When things are at their worst, I fear that I have lost my connection to you. Help me to seek you out in the emptiness. Let me learn to abandon myself to your Will even when I don’t understand it. May I see these difficult experiences of feeling disconnected from you as a gift—an opportunity to rekindle our relationship. Let me always trust that you are a constant presence in my life, especially when I am most lost.
