Keeping Mary’s Sorrows in My Heart

Dear Lord, how often I have gone to our mother, Mary, for help and guidance. And yet, I forget how much she suffered as she watched her son suffer and die. Let me always keep the memory of your Passion in my heart. When I go to our Blessed Mother for assistance, let me never lose sight of the fact that she understands especially human pain and loss. May I learn from her great example of love and peace in the face of immense suffering.
