Childlike Trust in God’s Plan

Lord, I struggle greatly with trying to understand you and your plan for me. I often look inside myself for answers, forgetting that you are there with me. When I am at my most troubled and confused, when I feel most hopeless and alone, this is when I realize that I am trying to work everything out on my own. Help me abandon myself to you fully, not only in times of great need, but every day. Let all my actions be prayerful ones. Guide me so that together, I can move forward to the life I am meant to live.
