Praying for the Holy Spirit

 Dear Lord, I wish sometimes that I could spend hours in contemplative prayer listening and waiting for you.  Let me make the most of the time that I have.  Hear me throughout the day when I seek you out in the few quiet moments I can find.  Even in those brief moments, send the Holy Spirit to my heart and fill me with your love.
