Finding Christ in the Eucharist

Dear Jesus, often I go to Communion and I forget that I am truly experiencing your body and blood.  I am so grateful and privileged to be a part of this miracle.  Let it fill me body and soul.  Teach me not to expect some new feeling, but to look inward and find the peace that comes from being in true communion with you.
