Finding Refuge in God’s Arms

Dear Lord, Sometimes I wonder why the crosses I bear are so heavy. And then I realize that I am trying to carry them alone. I know that I can only experience true, inner peace when I let go of my fear and abandon myself to you completely. Help me to find respite in your arms. When I feel weary, be my comfort. When I am lost, find me. When I fall, catch me. Guide me to you when all I can see is darkness.
