Gentle Acts of Love

Lord, I feel like there was a time that I came to you with an open mind and heart.  But it doesnʼt seem to come as easily anymore.  I have become cautious of opening up.  Forgive me for this weakness in my faith life.  I want very much to grow spiritually.  Help me not to try and force my prayer but to have patience that my time in meditation will be fruitful.  Hear the words from my heart even when my lips cannot find a way to express myself fully.
