Growing Spiritually with Your Spouse

Lord, help me to better appreciate my spouse. I am so grateful for the great gift you have given me in leading me to this person with whom I can share myself so fully. It’s all too easy to get caught up in the hardships of daily life—the bills and kids. Sometimes it seems that is all we can talk about. And I am thankful to have someone who understands me to share these experiences with. But help me go beyond that. Guide us so that we can speak to each other openly about our deeper, spiritual lives.
