Letting Worry Die in God’s Will

Dear Lord, all my life I have been a worrier.  I know that we all face stress and anxiety in our lives.  But lately it seems that I allow such tension and fear to overwhelm me.  I have allowed this strain to rob me of my inner peace.  I continue to turn to superficial, external things in trying to sooth myself when I know that you are all I need to find peace.  Please teach me to abandon my stress and anxiety to your loving arms.  Help me to let go of this worry that fills my heart and give myself over to your Will.
