Living the Present Moment

Lord, I find that I spend most of my time dwelling on the past and worrying about the future. Help to remind me that you cannot be found in regrets or worries. Teach me to live in the present, even when that might be difficult. Give me the grace to appreciate my blessings today. Let me be strengthened in faith for all that the future holds. Release my disappointments of the past. Grant me the true, lasting peace that comes with knowing you are always present in my life.
