Love Over Persecution

Lord, you never said it would be easy to be one of the faithful. The world has somehow divided itself through artificial lines of separation in the name of religion. I pray that such fear and hatred can be conquered by love and forgiveness. May all those who persecute those who love you be shown your mercy.
