Teach Me to Meditate on Your Agony

Dear Lord, I know that it is beyond my understanding the suffering you endured and the sacrifice that you made on earth for my salvation.  But, I ask you to help me understand.  Teach me to meditate on every moment of your Passion and death, that some of the mysteries of your suffering might be revealed to me.  In the silence of my prayer, speak to my heart.
