Trusting God with Loved Ones

Dear Lord, I know that there will be suffering in life, and that sometimes this will mean watching those I love endure hardships that I cannot relieve. Help us also to bear the weight of our crosses that we must carry in life. Please hear our prayers when we come to you for help, comfort and refuge from our earthly problems. Give us strength when your plan for us is different than what we had hoped.
