A New Beginning in God’s Will

Lord, let this New Year be a new beginning for me.  It seems like every year I make the same resolutions, and every year I fall off track.  Help me to realize that everyone falls down, but that with your help, I can get back up again.  Let me not use difficult times and obstacles as an excuse to give up.  I know that if I keep only one resolution—to seek to do your will—that all the others will fall into place.
