Embracing Christ and His Thorns

Lord, forgive me for always questioning my suffering. Forgive me for not wanting it. Forgive me for not seeing the value in it. Forgive me for feeling far from you at my lowest when that is when I should cling to you most. Forgive me for not thanking you every day for the sacrifice that you made for me in your Passion and death. Bless me with the strength and peace to accept the trials of my earthly life with your grace.
