The Blessing of Necessary Trials

Dear Lord, I don’t know if I will ever fully understand why it seems life is so hard. Help me to know that trials have a purpose. Help me to trust in you and know that there is no hardship, no burden, no challenge, no loss that I cannot endure with your love and guidance. If it be your Will, I ask that those difficulties be fleeting. Give me your strength and grace each day to carry the cross that you ask of me.
