Defining Success by God’s Eyes

Lord, help me to measure success only by my worth in your eyes. Too often I set my sights on temporary, worldly goals that have no real meaning or value. Teach me that failure in the eyes of others may not mean failure in the eyes of God. Help me to release these old ways of judgment and instead determine my success in life by my closeness to you, my interior peace and my love of my neighbor.
