Fathers' Novena

The Passionist Novena for Fathers is a nine-day prayer devotion that honors the vocation of fatherhood through the spirituality of the Passion of Christ. Each day offers prayers for fathers in different circumstances, including fathers who carry heavy burdens, those longing for fatherhood, new fathers, spiritual father figures, fathers who have died and those who struggle with loneliness or discouragement. Rooted in gratitude, compassion and hope, this novena invites families to pray for the strength, wisdom and faith of fathers while reflecting on God’s abiding love and the example of self-sacrificing care revealed in Christ and Saint Joseph.
