We are all called to join the one who did not come to be served but to serve, whose purpose in life was not self-promotion but to empty himself for others.

Today we are invited to deepen our understanding of the Heart of the Divine Shepherd and at the same time, we are challenged to have a Heart like that of the Divine Shepherd.

The righteousness Jesus demands is not human perfection. It is a heart surrendered to grace.

Jesus today invites us to regard ourselves as members of a worldwide family, where each of my neighbors is like a sister or brother, mother or father to me.
