Call: We adore you, O, Christ, and we bless you.
Response: Because by your holy Cross, you have redeemed the world.
“For I will refresh the weary soul; every soul that languishes I will replenish.”Jeremiah 31:25
Meditation prayer:
Lord, Jesus, Veronica came to your aid as she wiped your face so that you would be able to see. It was such a small act of a woman who needed to do something to ease your pain. It was an act of bravery in the situation. We lift up to you all those brave souls who come to the aid of those who suffer. Give courage for more to speak up, to do more to stop this senseless violence. Impress upon our world governments to do more….and more. We pray for you to send laborers into this vineyard today! May I do all I can to help bring peace this day.

Señor Jesús, Verónica tuvo compasión de ti y te limpio tu cara para que pudieras ver. Fue un pequeño acto de una mujer que tenía que actuar para aliviar tu dolor. Fue un acto de valentía en esa situación. Levantamos a ti todas esas almas valientes que vienen en ayuda de los que sufren. Danos valor para hablar más y hacer más para eliminar todo tipo de violencia. Inculcar a los gobiernos del mundo a hacer más… y más. ¡Oramos para que tú Señor envíes obreros a la viña hoy! Que yo pueda hacer todo lo que esté a mi alcance para promover la paz hoy.
